What we do

We design each wheel rim according to its use. If necessary we can even use unique extrusion dies so that our customer gets a unique and technically performant product.

A 40-year long experience in this field allows us to advise our customers on the best parts to choose for every need. We have established a strong business relationship with both European and Asian suppliers so that products are always available.

This is when the hub is filled with spokes. Once hubs are ready, they are stocked in boxes for their further use. We usually stock about 15/20.000 ready hubs to permit the maximum flexibility and avoid machinery stops.

With semi-automatic machines our operator takes care of the wheel lacing and pre-tightening, then automatic robots complete the torque tightening control cycle, followed by stabilization, final tightening and the trueing processes.

At the end of every production line our staff visually and manually checks every wheel to ensure no defects are present. Then additional random checks are made to assure that are made to assure that all requested tolerance parameters are met.

Once the wheel “core” is ready, the nipple-protection flap is applied, and the tyre with its customized- inflated air chamber are mounted.

Once production is completed, all wheels are packed into their specific carton boxes, placed on pallets and or/ in stackable metal baskets and then stored in our warehouse until their dispatch.
